Second Annual Tax Reform Panel - May 14, 2018

11th Annual Mentoring Event - April 11, 2018 -

Annual Project Finance: Moynihan Project - March 6, 2018 - NEWPF arranged a discussion by the key players about the $1.6 billion project to convert the James A. Farley Post Office into a new train hall which will provide commuters with increased train and passenger capacity at Penn Station. In addition, the project will create a super-hub to revitalize the neighborhood and create a new business district. The discussion provided an overview of the different phases of the project and the various financing vehicles being used which include a TIFIA loan.
